Privacy policy
This page explains what information I collect when you contact me, why I collect it, how long I keep it, and your rights. If anything here is unclear, email me at [email protected] and I will explain.
What I collect
- When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address and (if you provide it) phone number you enter, along with the details you write about your shoot.
- If you email or message me on WhatsApp instead, I receive whatever you choose to send.
- The site uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count page visits in aggregate. It does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your enquiry, plan your session and deliver your photos.
- To keep a simple record of bookings and correspondence.
- The aggregate analytics help me understand which pages are useful so I can improve the site.
How long I keep it
- Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and for normal business records, then deleted.
- If we do not end up working together, I remove your enquiry details on request, or in the ordinary course of clearing old messages.
Who processes your data
- Contact-form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms (a form-delivery service based in the United States), which passes your message to my inbox.
- The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the cookie-free analytics.
- I do not sell your data and I do not share it with anyone except as needed to deliver your session (for example, a second photographer or an editing assistant), and only when relevant.
Your rights
- You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.
- To make any of these requests, email [email protected] and I will respond promptly.
Your photos
- How your images may be used (portfolio, social media, private sessions kept private) is covered separately in the Terms & booking page.
